These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Narrative Ops website and services. By visiting our website, submitting an enquiry, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

2) Definitions

  • “Client”, “you” means any person or entity using the website or purchasing services.

  • “Services” means the professional services offered by Narrative Ops, including (as applicable) teardowns, audits, consulting, strategy, messaging, copy, and related deliverables.

  • “Deliverables” means the work product we provide to you (examples: documents, slides, copy docs, teardown PDFs).

 

3) Scope of services

  • Services are delivered remotely unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

  • Specific scope, timelines, and deliverables are as described on the website, checkout page, proposal, invoice, or email confirmation.

 

4) Client responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and timely inputs needed to deliver the service (access, context, assets, URLs, brand constraints).

  • Review deliverables and provide feedback within a reasonable time. Delays in feedback can delay delivery.

 

5) Fees, payments, and taxes

  • Prices are as displayed on our website or as agreed in writing.

  • Payments are processed via Razorpay or other payment methods we make available.

  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or bank charges unless stated otherwise.

 

6) Delivery timelines

  • Delivery timelines stated are estimates based on timely receipt of required inputs.

  • If inputs are delayed, delivery dates may shift accordingly.

 

7) Revisions and change requests

  • If your purchase includes revisions, the number of revision rounds is limited to what is stated in the service description or proposal.

  • Requests that materially expand scope (new pages, new ICP, new positioning direction, additional assets beyond the agreed scope) are treated as change requests and may require additional fees and time.

 

8) No guarantee of results

  • We provide strategic and creative services. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (product, market, pricing, team execution, traffic sources, sales process).

  • We do not guarantee specific results (examples: revenue, conversions, rankings, pipeline).

 

9) Intellectual property

A) Your materials

  • You retain ownership of all content and materials you provide to us.

B) Deliverables

  • Upon full payment, you receive a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for your internal business purposes and marketing.

  • Unless explicitly agreed in writing, you may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the deliverables as standalone products or templates.

C) Our pre-existing materials

  • We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, methods, and know-how, even if used to create deliverables for you.

 

10) Confidentiality

  • If you share non-public business information with us, we will treat it as confidential and use it only to deliver the services.

  • This does not apply to information that is already public, independently developed, or lawfully obtained without confidentiality obligations.

 

11) Public portfolio and attribution

  • We will not publish your name, logo, or deliverables as a case study without your written consent.

  • If you consent, we may display a limited description of work performed and outcomes you approve.

 

12) Website use and acceptable behavior

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or compromise the website or its security.

  • Submit malicious code, spam, or abusive content.

 

13) Third-party services

  • We may rely on third-party tools for payments, scheduling, file sharing, analytics, and communication. Your use of those tools may be subject to their terms and policies.

  • Payment processing is handled by Razorpay as the payment processor for eligible transactions.

 

14) Cancellation, refunds, and rescheduling

A) Digital services

  • Because our services involve time-bound professional work, refunds are handled as follows unless a specific service page states otherwise:

    • If work has not started, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase for a refund, minus any payment gateway charges where applicable.

    • If work has started (research, analysis, drafting), refunds are generally not available. We can offer rescheduling or partial credit at our discretion.

B) Rescheduling

  • If a call is included and you need to reschedule, you must request it at least 24 hours in advance. Missed calls may be forfeited.

 

15) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Narrative Ops will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

 

16) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Narrative Ops harmless from claims arising out of:

  • Your misuse of deliverables, website, or services

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Content you provide that infringes third-party rights

 

17) Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (examples: outages, natural events, government actions, strikes, internet failures).

 

18) Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive or unlawful behavior.

  • Any provisions that should survive termination (payment obligations, IP, confidentiality, liability limits) will survive.

 

19) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data. By using our website or services, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

 

20) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over Kottayam, Kerala will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, subject to applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
